Top 10 — Missed Call Leakage
Practices with the highest absolute count of unanswered inbound calls. Each missed call is a potential new patient walking past.
Top 10 — NP Conversion Underperformers (≥50 NP appt calls)
Calls that asked to schedule but didn't book. Indicates phone-skill / script gap, not call volume.
Top 5 — NP Conversion Stars (≥50 NP appt calls)

How we got these numbers
Peerlogic exports each tracked phone extension as its own SQL row — 1,720 rows across 86 practices for March 2026. The first attempt filtered to "patient-facing" extensions only (a heuristic on ext number + miss rate), which undercounted missed calls by ~40% because real overflow extensions like 8xxx and 4xxx are what Peerlogic counts in the dashboard.
Method used here: sum every row per practice, no filtering. This matches the Peerlogic per-practice dashboard within ~1% on missed calls and ~2.5pt on NP conversion — validated against Dakota Dental and Allure Dental screenshots below.
What still won't match
- Total inbound — SQL is +6.7% high at Dakota. Peerlogic likely de-dupes calls that ring multiple extensions (one call → multiple rows). Allure (newer single-line setup) doesn't show this gap.
- EP conversion — Peerlogic shows ~59% vs SQL's ~41%. This is a definition gap: Peerlogic's "appointment opportunity" denominator is narrower than the SQL's
new_appointment_calls_existing_patient. Pending Alex's definition. - NP conversion 31% vs Patient Prism 75% — Denominator difference. Peerlogic NP conv % =
booked / scored NP opportunity calls(broad). Patient Prism's denominator is much narrower — only calls a human listener categorized as a true NP appointment opportunity. Both numbers are right; they answer different questions.
